Seems like a solution looking for a problem? My question is: what do I like? What would I want to play. And those questions have always been a lot easier to answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWhen confronted with these tough-to-define words, I generally take a very broad approach. CRC Press. <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1201\/9781003346586\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1201\/9781003346586<\/a><br>I like this approach to defining &#8216;games&#8217;, &#8216;fun&#8217; and &#8216;mechanics&#8217; &#8211; if it looks like a duck, sounds like a duck, its probably a duck&#8230; But, then Smith goes on to define some stuff. Oh well&#8230; Dunno about games having to have a &#8216;winning&#8217; condition&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What do I like?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I like to explore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I like to savour a moment and a mood<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yes, these things can co-exist &#8211; for example &#8211; going on day hikes near Piha &#8211; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within my capabilities&#8230; there is always the knowledge of having comfort at the end, be it food or shelter. I am truly a simple creature&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I like making sense of the world<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I like things that are made and hewn by hand or foot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I like desire lines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I like things that are special to those that make them ,and then those that use them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Things I don&#8217;t like are &#8211; unending chaos&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>So, it seems that it is chaos within a set o guard rails.
